- Account & billing data: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider).
- Order data: products purchased, subscriptions, invoices and transaction history.
- Usage data: log data, device/browser information, IP address and cookies for analytics and security.
- Customer content: contact lists and message content you upload to use our dialer and broadcast services.
2. How we use data
- To provide, operate and support our services and process your orders and subscriptions;
- To take payment, issue invoices and comply with tax and accounting obligations;
- To communicate service notices, respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- To improve and secure our services and prevent fraud or abuse;

3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy terms.
4. Disclosure
We may share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment, email, analytics, and messaging platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Customer content & your recipients
When you use our broadcast services, you are the data controller of the contact data you upload, and we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and valid consent to contact your recipients.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
